Refine Your Eye Shape with Precision Canthoplasty Surgery

canthoplasty

From £1,500  per eye · complimentary assessment

Canthoplasty is a specialised eyelid procedure that reshapes and lifts the outer corners of the eyes. It creates a more defined, youthful contour while supporting lower eyelid structure.

What is canthoplasty?

Canthoplasty is a surgical technique that tightens and repositions the outer corner of the eyelid (lateral canthus). It’s used to restore eyelid support, correct sagging or asymmetry, and reshape the eye for a more refined look. Canthoplasty can be performed for both cosmetic and functional reasons and is often combined with other eyelid procedures like lower blepharoplasty.

  • Consultation & Evaluation
Assessment of eye shape, eyelid tension, and overall eyelid health.
  • Surgical Planning
Customised plan based on your anatomy and whether functional correction or aesthetic reshaping is needed.
  • Procedure Day
Performed under local anaesthetic with precise repositioning of the outer eyelid tendon.
  • Recovery Phase
Swelling and bruising subside within 1–2 weeks.
  • Final Results
A lifted, supported eyelid contour with better balance and symmetry.
