Gentle Laser Relief for Glaucoma: SLT & Argon Therapy

SLT Argon Laser Trabeculoplasty

From ยฃ750 per eye ยท complimentary assessment

Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) and Argon Laser Trabeculoplasty (ALT) are minimally invasive laser treatments that help lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma.

What is laser trabeculoplasty?

Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) and Argon Laser Trabeculoplasty (ALT) are outpatient laser procedures used to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma. These treatments improve the outflow of fluid from the eye, reducing pressure and helping prevent further optic nerve damage.

  • Comprehensive glaucoma assessment and imaging
  • Laser delivery to the trabecular meshwork under topical anaesthesia
  • Post-laser monitoring and pressure check
  • Follow-up to assess response and treatment success
